Dawn Ulrickson – Real Estate Broker, Duke Warner Realty
Dawn has been involved in sales and marketing for over twenty years, and feels fortunate to have lived in and grew up in some of the most beautiful areas of our country; Colorado, Vermont, Upstate NY, New Jersey (yes really!), and the Central Coast of California. In 2001 she found her passion in the real estate profession and is currently a full time real estate Broker with Duke Warner Realty in Bend. She holds the designations of Certified Residential Specialist, GRI, (Graduate, Realtor Institute), Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, and last year attended training to become a Certified Earth Advantage Broker.
Dawn feels strongly in the importance of sustainability for our future generations, and the Earth Advantage S.T.A.R. (Sustainability Training for Accredited Real Estate Professionals) program gave her the tools to properly evaluate and communicate with clients about green building techniques, materials, and systems. Dawn is also a Trade Ally for the Energy Trust of Oregon; a conduit for assisting people with improving the energy efficiency of their homes.
In 1997 Dawn obtained a Black Belt in Kenpo Karate, although now enjoys kayaking, camping, skiing and hiking in beautiful Central Oregon with her husband Dave and their dog Jessie.
