Building a Better Bend is once again teaming with Commute Options and City Club of Bend to bring an exciting speaker to Bend during Commute Options Week (June 17-23). This year, we also have the support of the Oregon Chapter of the American Planning Association, 1000 Friends of Oregon, and Oregon Environmental Council. Dr. Richard J. Jackson, Chair of Environmental Health Sciences at UCLA & Pediatrician will speak on Thursday, June 21, 2012 from 11:30am-1pm.

Building a Better Bend Series Confirms 2011 Lectures
Nonprofit organization Building a Better Bend today announced that it has confirmed its lecture lineup for the 2011 season. Both lectures will be held at the Riverbend Community Room at the Bend Metro Park and Recreation District main building at 799 SW Columbia Street in Bend.
